3. Booking Inquiries

The Site facilitates connections between event planners and tribute band performers. Submitting a booking inquiry through our contact forms does not constitute a confirmed booking or contract. All bookings are subject to artist availability and a separate written agreement between you and Tribute Network / Besser Entertainment.

We reserve the right to decline any booking inquiry at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of Tribute Network / Besser Entertainment or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Artist names, band names, and related trademarks referenced on this Site are the property of their respective owners. Tribute Network is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the original artists referenced.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tribute Network / Besser Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
